Coconut Chocolate Saison brewed with local Pilsner, South Select and Appalachian Wheat from our friends Riverbend Malt House. Secondary fermentation on freshly roasted and cracked chocolate beans from Nicaragua, provided by French Broad Chocolates and toasted organic coconut flakes. Beautiful subtle notes of cocoa and coconut on the nose, very smooth mouth feel, enchanting cocoa flavor on the front followed by a coconut velvet that finishes enrobing your tastes buds in a comforting silk. It’s a subtle yummy liquid chocolate macaroon!! Are you a coconut lover? Chocolate lover? Coconut-chocolate macaroon lover? This might be the one you have been waiting on 🙂
