6.7% Sour mashed and brewed with local malts from @riverbendmalt. Secondary fermentation on local fresh blackberries from @flyingcloudfarmfairviewnc and fresh local figs from McConnal farms in Hendersonville. Barrel aged for 2.5 years in Red Wine barrels with our house Brett culture. Sour, earthy with a jazzy multilayered funk (from a sour mash), fruity, melodramatically tart and groundlingly delicious. If you are a fan of sours this one is not to be missed.
