Our Thai Dragonfly is a Thai Basil and Thai Chili Saison. Brewed with local malts from Riverbend and Carolina Malt and steeped with fresh local Thai Basil from Flying Cloud farm. This is another saison favorite with glorious spicy basil aroma, delicious floral and fruity flavors, balanced malt and basil (not overpowering), tickling piquant on the back of the throat from the chili (not hot spicy, very mild). Delicious for any occasion!
