Appalachian Chick Food Truck originally opened in May 2015. In January of 2021 the Appalachian Chick Food truck and Perfect Occasions Catering business was purchased by local couple, Julianne and Bobby Pinata. It is currently found around Asheville’s greatest breweries offering fresh new items daily. Chef Bobby Pinata is a military veteran who has over a decade of culinary experience and has been serving exquisite and unique cuisine all over Western North Carolina. Born in Reno, Nevada, Chef Bobby Pinata moved to the Asheville area in search of new experiences and new culinary opportunities. He has worked in many of the best kitchens around town since his move to Asheville and has dedicated his life to learning new techniques from highly skilled chefs from all walks of life and bringing this experience to you.
