Diving Penguin Pilsner is back on tap! This is gonna make some folks smile! Our fan favorite Pils is back on tap! It’s a name we hear a lot in the taproom and we are thrilled to have it available to serve. Absence makes the heart grow fonder right? Anyway, this Pilsner is brewed Pilsner malt and NC corn from @riverbendmalt and hopped with Saaz and a touch of Citra. It’s unfiltered, malty, and floral. This will be the last batch of the season so get it while you can!

Smiling Flamingo - Raspberry Saison is back! The Summer of Saison continues with this award winning brew! The Flamingo feels like warm weather, sunny skies, and sitting outside with friends. It’s light, it’s refreshing, it’s got all that tart raspberry flavor. Is it a sour? No. Is it bursting with tart raspberry flavor, you bet! The brew team turned the berry meter up to 11 on this one! Don’t miss this saison, it’s a limited batch and is sure to fly. See you today on this Beaut of a Saturday, and don’t forget to enjoy some good good eats from @cassia.avl

Towhee Red Rye IPA is back! This Red Rye IPA has it all! Big hop notes from Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and dry hopped with Amarillo. It has a delicious malt backbone thanks to Heritage, 2 Row, and Caramel malt from @riverbendmalt The rye gives it just a bit of kick in the finish. This is an unapologetic beer bursting with flavor. It’s a crowd favorite around here and defo the one you’ll catch this bartender drinking on his days off! Come enjoy a Towhee today!

Mondays are for our locals! Fly on over to Turgua for discounted crowler fills ($2 off) and $1 off select pours for the day. We have @delivolv here to cover your meals and a cozy taproom incase it gets a bit damp out there. Otherwise kick it in our beautiful back yard and make Monday the best day of the week!

Join us on Saturday for a fundraiser for a family that’s very special to the Turgua Family. There will be snow cones and cotton candy for the littles and beer, cider, and mead for the adults. Did you know that saisons (meaning "season" in French) originated in 18th Century Wallonia, Belguim? A saison will be high in carbonation, have low to moderate hops, with a dry finish. Traditionally, many early farmer-brewers liked to add whatever was available on their farm. We also like to add in season, local adjuncts to our saisons. In the past we have used turmeric from our neighbor Farmer Gregg, blueberries from Flying Cloud Farm, and lemon verbena straight from our farm. Come try our Manakin- Strawberry Saison, Bluebird- Blueberry Saison or Vireo- Lemon Verbena Farmhouse today! For more info click link in bio.

We are here to make Monday better! Not only do we have specials on select pours ($1 off) and specials on crowler fills (2$ off) but we have a seasonal favorite on the board! Bluebird - Blueberry Saison is back!

The Bluebird is brewed with local Heritage, Pilsner, and Appalachian Wheat from @riverbendmalt. We lightly hop it with noble hops and Mandarina Bavaria. We then do a secondary fermentation on top of fresh local blueberries from our friends down the road; @flyingcloudfarmfairviewnc

It’s got a great saison finish and delicious blueberry notes up front. This one is always a hit, so get out here and have a pour or take a crowler home!
